By accessing or using Alpha Fantasy Champ ("AFC"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AFC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and in a region where participation in fantasy sports is permitted. We may require age or identity verification to ensure responsible participation.

3. Nature of Service

AFC provides a fantasy basketball experience for entertainment only. The service does not offer real-world prizes. Participation is voluntary.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

5. Conduct

Users agree not to engage in abuse, harassment, cheating, or any activity that undermines fair play. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Scoring & Contests

Scoring is outlined in the Point System. We may adjust scoring or rules prospectively to maintain competitive balance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on AFC are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

AFC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The latest version will always be available here.
